Canon has just announced the new PowerShot G3 X compact camera (Amazon | B&H | Adorama). Here are first official sample images of G3 X. You can click the image to see full size.
Canon has officially announced the new PowerShot G3 X compact camera today. It offers a 1″-type 20.2MP CMOS sensor and 24-600mm f/2.8-5.6 equivalent lens. The G3 X also offers a dust and water-resistant construction, a Digic 6 image processor, Raw support, Wi-Fi with NFC and a 3.2″ tilting touch screen. Full HD video is offered at 60p, and continuous shooting is available at up to 5.9 fps with single AF. The price for G3 X is $999 in US, will be shipping in July.
