According to reliable and new sources, Fujifilm will soon announce the upcoming Fujifilm X100VI. This new camera will cost $1,599!
The $1,599 price seems like a bargain compared to the used price of Fujifilm X 100V, but it’s a $200 increase compared to the original price of the Fujifilm X100V. Given that the X100V has a new 40-megapixel sensor, a better image processing engine, and IBIS, we don’t think this is an unexpected price.
It’s not confirmed yet as the information is unsubstantiated, but considering that the X100VI has a 40-megapixel sensor and the addition of IBIS, I have the impression that a $200 price increase is within the acceptable range. We are curious as to what the domestic sales price will be.
