According to latest rumors from NR, here is a new specs list of upcoming Nikon Z6 III full frame mirrorless camera. Nikon Z6 III will be officially announced in next few weeks.
New rumroed specs list of Nikon Z6 III:
- Video Capabilities: The Z6 III leaps forward with 6K 60fps NRAW video recording, providing filmmakers with ultra-high resolution and frame rate options. It also offers 4K 120fps (in crop mode) and 4K 60fps full-frame recording in ProRes RAW, catering to diverse filming needs.
- Electronic Viewfinder (EVF): A significant upgrade is the new 5.76 million-dot EVF, offering a crisper and more immersive view.
- Improved LCD: The LCD screen has been enhanced for better clarity and functionality.
- Still Photography Features: For still photographers, the Z6 III mirrorless camera boasts a rapid 20fps shooting in RAW (14-bit) and an impressive 120fps in JPEG format. The increased 1/16000 shutter speed caters to capturing fast-moving subjects with stunning clarity.
- Autofocus and VR: The autofocus system features 299 points, ensuring accurate tracking. The 8-stop VR (Vibration Reduction) is inherited from the Nikon Zf, offering exceptional image stabilization.
- Memory Cards: The Nikon Z6 III supports both CFexpress and SD memory cards, providing flexibility and high-speed data storage.
- Design and Build: While retaining a familiar size and dimension close to the Nikon Z6II, the Z6 III is slightly larger, mainly due to the new LCD hinge and a marginally thicker body. The height remains largely unchanged, but the camera is subtly taller. The grip and button layout resemble the Nikon Z8, with the command dial akin to the Z6II. The camera is roughly 30-40g heavier than the Z6II.
- Branding and Aesthetics: The Z6III logo is strategically placed on the top, akin to the Z8/Z9. The Z logo on the front resembles that of the Z8, positioned below the focus sensor of the current Z6II model.
- Battery: The camera utilizes the EN-EL15 battery, ensuring ample shooting time.
- PSAM Dial: The inclusion of a PSAM dial enhances manual control over shooting settings.
