Zeiss recently has posted a new teaser on their Facebook page and Twitter page for three new lenses. The tag for this teaser is “enterZeiss”. The official announcement for these three new lenses will be on next week.
Zeiss has officially announced the new Batis 18mm f/2.8 lens for Sony full frame mirrorless cameras. The Zeiss Batis 2.8/18 lens costs $1,499 in USD, now available for pre-order at B&H Photo Video and Adorama.com (Pre-order links will be available soon). It will be released in May, 2016.

At CES 2016, ZEISS and Fellowes ExoLens brands launch mobile phone accessory photography – Setting a New Quality Standard with new Zeiss Macro, wide-angle, telephoto lenses. These three lenses are scheduled to be released in late Q2, 2016. The wide-angle and telephoto lenses offer excellent image performance with outstanding edge-to-edge contrast. The macro lens features a zoom function – unique for accessory lenses of this type – for flexible image composition.
Zeiss has just announced the new Otus 1.4/28 (28mm f/1.4 Distagon T*) lens today. Available for Canon EF mount and Nikon F mount. The price for this lens is not yet announced, will be shipping in the second quarter of 2016.
