Nikon 800mm f/5.6 Super Telephoto lens announced


As previously rumored, Nikon Japan announced the new super-telephoto 800mm, fixed focal length lens to the lineup of NIKKOR lenses. This lens will offer a fixed focal length of 800 mm, a maximum aperture of f/5.6, and will be fully compatible with Nikon FX-format cameras. This lens is scheduled to be on display at Photokina 2012 this September. Canon Rebel T4i Product Advisory – EXIF Data Errors

Canon USA made a product advisory about the new Canon EOS Rebel T4i. We have identified a phenomenon in which the camera model name embedded in the EXIF data of captured images incorrectly shows “EOS Kiss X6i”, which is the model name for the EOS Rebel T4i in the Japanese market.
