According to recently rumors from SAR, Sony will update their A-mount prime lenses in next several months. Two prime lenses will get updated: Sony Zeiss 135mm f/1.8 A-mount lens and Sony Zeiss 85mm f/1.8 A-mount lens.
Canon recently has filed a patent about put Wi-Fi & GPS into Canon pro bodies (magnesium bodies). According to CR forum user Mt Spokane, Canon has figured out a way to put an antenna under the covering over the sloping surface of the pentaprism.

Ricoh has updated latest version of its 360-degree camera, the Theta S (B&H Photo Video, Adorama). Thanks to two 12MP 1/2.3″ sensors, the S is capable of 14MP 360-degree still images, an improvement over the previous model’s 6MP images. Brighter F2.0 lenses, 1080/30p video and integration with Google’s new Street View app are all on board.

DxOMark has just tested the new Sigma 24mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art Lens for Nikon FX mount (Amazon | B&H | Adorama). According to the test result on Nikon D810, Sigma 24mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art lens is the best 24mm wide-angle prime lens for Nikon DSLR cameras. The price for this lens is $849 in most US stores, CameraLand (Nikon USA authorized dealer) has a deal on this lens for $749 (Demo Version).

Nikon recently has announced the new 24mm f/1.8G ED lens several weeks ago, with no vibration reduction feature. Now, Nikon Japan has filed a patent for 28mm f/1.8 VR lens. Nikon has already released no VR version of 28mm f/1.8G lens price for $699.
