Japanese lens manufacturer Tamron recently announced promising financial results for the fiscal year ending December 2023, highlighting double-digit growth in sales of lenses for mirrorless cameras. Tamron reported total sales in its photography-related business increased by approximately 7.5 billion yen, representing impressive 16% year-on-year growth.
Fujifilm has officially released the teaser for the upcoming Fujifilm X100VI high-end compact camera. This camera will be officially announced on February 20th at X Summit TOKYO 2024. The release date for Fujifilm X100VI is expected in late February 2024.

Fujifilm’s venerable X100 series has long been a favorite among street photographers and travelers for its classic design and image quality. The upcoming X100VI looks to take everything up a notch with some major rumored upgrades under the hood.

Zeiss has just officially announced the new ZEISS Nano Prime lenses. They are designed for mid-range cameras, such as the Sony FX-9 or BURANO, to lower-end cinema cameras, such as the Sony FX-6 or FX-3. Six lenses come in 18mm, 24mm, 35mm, 50mm, 75mm and 100mm focal lengths with feet or meter markings.
