Olympus has officially announced the new E-M1 Mark III and M.Zuiko Digital ED 12-45mm f/4 PRO Lens today. The US price for Olympus E-M1 Mark III is $1,799.00, now available for pre-order at B&H Photo Video/Adorama/Amazon. The US price for Olympus 12-45mm f/4 PRO lens is $649.00, now available for pre-order at B&H Photo Video/Adorama/Amazon.
Olympus has also released their updated M.Zuiko lens roadmap today. There will be plently of new lenses coming in 2019 to 2020. Includes the ED 150-400mm f/4.5 Pro Lens which will be announced in 2020.
Along with the E-M1X, Olympus today also announced a new super telephoto zoom lens in developing: Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 150-400mm f/4.5 TC 1.25x IS PRO Lens.
This hefty lens will have a standard focal range of 300-800mm equiv. on Micro Four Thirds bodies, with a built-in 1.25X teleconverter increasing those numbers to 375-1000mm equiv., at the cost of 2/3-stop of light. If you want even more reach, the lens will also be compatible with Olympus’ new MC-20 2X teleconverter.
Olympus will soon announce two new prime lenses on October 26th, 2017. First leaked images of Olympus 45mm f/1.2 Pro lens and 17mm f/1.2 Pro lens now available. The US price for Olympus 45mm f/1.2 Pro lens is around $1,349, and the US price for Olympus 17mm f/1.2 Pro lens is around $1,349.
Olympus will soon announce three new lenses at Photokina 2016. These three lenses are Olympus 30mm f/3.5 Macro lens, Olympus 25mm f/1.2 lens, and Olympus 12-100mm f/4 lens. Here are first leaked images of this three new lenses.
