Now it seems we may see Nikon full frame mirrorless cameras earlier than expected. According to NR, development announcement of first two Nikon full frame mirrorless cameras could be at the end of this month. And release date in late August.
Here is more detail of previous registered two new Nikon camera codes: N1710 and N1711. Nokishita camera confirmed that these two camera codes are use same battery EN-EL15a. This means we will soon see two new high-end cameras, most likely are Nikon D760 and Nikon full frame mirrorless camera.

Nikon USA today has officially announced the development of Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 500mm f/5.6E PF ED VR lens. It is a lightweight, compact super telephoto prime lens. The price, pictures, specs, and release date is not available yet, expect the official announcement will be around Photokina 2018 in September.
