CAPA CAMERA WEB posted the best selling products of Yodobashi Camera’s interchangeable lens digital cameras in the first half of January 2026. Canon EOS R5 Mark II wins the top 1 position.
The first interchangeable lens camera ranking of 2026 is topped by the Canon EOS R5 Mark II body. Having ranked the second last year, this marks its return to the top spot after approximately one year, since the latter half of December 2024. A cashback campaign is likely a contributing factor.
The Second place goes to the Nikon Z5II body. This is a significant jump from its previous 7th place ranking, and its first time in the top 3 in seven months. Third place is held by the winner of the 2025 annual ranking, the Sony α7C II zoom lens kit. The α7C II body, which ranked second annually, follows in fourth place.
This ranking includes four Canon models, three Sony models, two Nikon models, and one Olympus model. Sony Sony α7 V body, which started at the top last time, is no longer in the ranking. The Olympus PEN E-P7 EZ double zoom kit in 8th place returns after four and a half months, and the Sony VLOGCAM ZV-E10 II double zoom lens kit in 10th place returns after two months.
