Fujifilm XF 10-24mm F4 R OIS WR Lens Announced, Priced $999, Available for Pre-Order

Along with the Fujifilm X-S10 camera ( Amazon/ B&H/ Adorama),  Fujifilm has also officially announced the new Fujifilm XF 10-24mm F4 R OIS WR lens. It is a premium ultra-wide angle lens for the company’s X system mirrorless cameras, featuring the same optical formula as its predecessor, adding weather sealing to protect against dust and moisture , optical image stabilization, an angle of view equivalent to 15-36mm on full frame. This new lens costs $999, available for pre-order at Amazon/ B&H/ Adorama. It will start shipping during 2020 Black Friday Shopping Season. Fujifilm XF10-24mm F4 MarK II Lens Images Leaked Online

This is the first image of the upcoming Fujifilm XF 10-24mm f/4 R OIS Mark II lens, leaked at Nokishita-C. This new lens is dustproof and dripproof as most expected. From the images, you can see that the F-number display on the aperture ring has also been realized. It is unknown whether the optical system  is the same, but the filter diameter is 72 mm, which seems to be the same as the current Fujifilm XF 10-24mm F4 lens Amazon/ B&H/ Adorama

Fujifilm today has officially announced two new lenses: For APS-C systems, the XF 16-80mm f/4 R OIS WR Lens (B&H Photo Video/Adorama) is a versatile and lightweight option with a 24-120mm equivalent range, while medium-format users gain the GF 50mm f/3.5 R LM WR Lens (B&H Photo Video/Adorama) is an ultra-compact and highly capable prime. Both lenses are scheduled to be released on September 26th, 2019.
