Sony FE 85mm F1.2 GM lens is coming! According to the latest rumors from SAR, Sony will announce a new 85mm f/1.2 GM lens in 2022.
Earlier rumors said that Sony FE 85mm F1.2 GM lens would be announced in 2023, but it seems likely that it will be available earlier. Sony’s FE 50mm F1.2 GM is a relatively compact and high-performance lens, so Sony FE 85mm F1.2 GM lens may also be a good balance between size and performance.
Also, Sony has begun a new lens of the large zoom, and the telephoto zoom is already type II, so it’s no wonder that Sony FE 24-70mm F2.8 GM II lens will also be announced soon.
