According to the latest rumors, Panasonic is expected to announce the new LUMIX 40mm f/2.0 S lens on April 21.
Alongside the lens, the company is also expected to unveil a new LUMIX S9 special edition camera body.
The new 40mm f/2.0 is described as a very compact lens, potentially similar in size to (or even smaller than) the TTArtisan 40mm f/2.0. It is designed to pair well with the portable LUMIX S9, making for a lightweight, everyday full-frame walkaround setup.
