Today, DJI announced its latest product, the Osmo Pocket 4. Building upon the global success of its predecessor—a pocket-sized gimbal camera—this new model features significantly enhanced imaging performance. The Osmo Pocket 4 is capable of capturing impressive 4K/240fps slow-motion footage, as well as clear video in low-light environments.
With support for a 14-stop dynamic range and 10-bit D-Log, it delivers cinematic-quality footage with exceptional depth. Furthermore, thanks to upgraded intelligent tracking capabilities, the camera can maintain focus on a subject—keeping them perfectly framed—even when they are moving through a crowded environment.
Equipped with a 1-inch CMOS sensor and an f/2.0 aperture, the device allows users to capture natural, clear portraits even in low-light conditions.
A dedicated zoom button enables instant switching between 1x and 2x lossless zoom with just a single tap.
The 3-axis stabilization system ensures steady, high-quality vlogging and live streaming, even while walking. ActiveTrack 7.0 reliably locks onto and tracks subjects, even when utilizing 4x zoom.
Now featuring 107GB of built-in storage, the device allows for extensive shooting without the need for a memory card; captured footage can be easily transferred at speeds of up to 800MB/s.
Additional features include slow-shutter video modes, film tones, in-camera skin-smoothing effects, and a detachable auxiliary light.
Extended Battery Life and Fast Charging: The device charges to 80% in just 18 minutes, allowing for up to 3 hours of shooting. On a full charge, it can record 1080p/24fps footage for up to 240 minutes.
The built-in microphone array captures crystal-clear audio while simultaneously recording ambient environmental sounds. Additionally, it can connect directly to DJI Mic transmitters, enabling 4-channel audio recording.
