There are a lot of rumors on new 85mm L lens since last year, now according to CanonRumors, the new 85mm L lens will be the Canon EF 85mm f/1.4L IS USM Lens.
This new EF 85mm f/1.4L IS USM lens will be announced sometime in 2017. Currently, there is no other details on this new lens, stay tuned for more info. According to the source, there is no info on if the EF 85mm f/1.4L IS will be a replacement for the EF 85mm f/1.2L II or an addition to the lineup.
