Nikon has registered one new camera code N1722 in China MIIT, now Nikon has a total of 7 unannounced camera codes got registered, which means we will see a total of 7 Nikon cameras to be announced in next several months. Nikon Z9 (D5 Like) Z-mount Mirrorless Camera Confirmed
Several days ago, NIKKEI confirmed that Nikon will release a new mirrorless camera price around $1,000. Now another Japanese news site Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun talked with Nikon CEO Toshikazu Umatate, and confirmed that Nikon will also release a new high-end flagship Z-mount mirrorless camera which is similar as currently Nikon D5 DSLR camera (or upcoming Nikon D6). Though the release date is not available yet, maybe in 2020 to 2021.
