Nikon D500, is announced at CES 2016, replaced the Nikon D300S.
Here are first several high ISO sample images of new announced Nikon D500 (Amazon, B&H Photo Video, Adorama). These sample images are taken from ISO 25,600 to ISO 1,640,000, but only on D500 LCD screen.

After Nikon has announced the new Nikon D5 and Nikon D500, Sony now introduced new XQD cards and SD cards designed for these two new cameras. The XQD-M series offers read speeds up to 440MB/sec and write speeds up to 150MB/s, and is available in 32, 64 and 128GB capacities. The new SF-M series of SD cards support up to 260MB/sec read and 100MB/sec write speeds. Sony also offers a new XQD/SD combination card reader.

Nikon has finally announced the long awaited DX flagship DSLR camera: Nikon D500 (Amazon, B&H Photo Video, Adorama). The US price for D500 body is $1,996.95, will be shipping on March 15, 2016. Below are first official sample images of Nikon D500:
Along with Nikon D5 at CES 2016, Nikon also announced the long awaited Nikon D300S successor: Nikon D500 flagship DSLR camera (Amazon, B&H Photo Video, Adorama). It features the same 153-point AF system and EXPEED 5 processor as the D5. It can shoot continuously at 10 fps with a 200 shot buffer for Raw images. It can also capture 4K/UHD video and also features ‘SnapBridge’, a constant connection to a smartphone using Bluetooth, similar to what Samsung did with its NX1. The D500 will be available from March at a cost of around $2000.

The long awaited Nikon DX format flagship DSLR camera Nikon D400 or Nikon D500 recently got another rumors. Canadian nature photographer Brad Hill recently posted rumored specs of Nikon D400 / D500: 10 fps, a very good buffer with a price tag around $2,300. NikonRumors also said there is a chance Nikon will announced Nikon D5 and Nikon D400/D500 at the same time, just like Nikon D3/D300 in past.
