The Nikon COOLPIX P900, which is announced early this year, is one of the most success products from Nikon (Out of stock in most stores: Amazon | B&H | Adorama). According to latest rumors from NR, Nikon will announce another new super-zoom compact COOLPIX camera named COOLPIX P4000.
Panasonic has just a new 4K compact camera Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ300, a 24X superzoom equipped with 4K video that’s designed to withstand a little bit of bad weather. The lens is same as FZ200’s 25-600mm f/2.8 zoom lens and 12MP Live MOS sensor, while adding a newer version of its Venus Engine image processor.
Canon has officially announced the new PowerShot G3 X compact camera today. It offers a 1″-type 20.2MP CMOS sensor and 24-600mm f/2.8-5.6 equivalent lens. The G3 X also offers a dust and water-resistant construction, a Digic 6 image processor, Raw support, Wi-Fi with NFC and a 3.2″ tilting touch screen. Full HD video is offered at 60p, and continuous shooting is available at up to 5.9 fps with single AF. The price for G3 X is $999 in US, will be shipping in July.
Canon PowerShot G3 X was first announced in February 6, 2015 with 5Ds & 5Ds R announcement. According to Japanese source, Canon now is going to offically released the Canon PowerShot G3 X 25X zoom compact camera.

Along with the new Sony a7R II 42.4MP full frame mirrorless camera, Sony today also announced two other cameras: Sony RX10 II and Sony RX100 IV. Both camera has 4K video recording and a new 1″ stacked 20MP CMOS sensor. The Sony RX10 II has the same lens Zeiss-branded 24-200mm equivalent F2.8 lens as RX10, and Sony RX100 II has the same lens 24-70mm equivalent F1.8-2.8 lens as RX100 IV. The price of Sony RX10 II is $1,298, the price of Sony RX100 IV is $948, both cameras will be in stock in July.
