Along with Canon EOS 6D Mark II, Canon USA today has announced the world’s smallest DSLR camera: Canon EOS Rebel SL2. EOS Rebel SL2 including its 24MP CMOS sensor, DIGIC 7 processor and Dual Pixel AF system. Its 3″ fully articulating touchscreen LCD offers the same graphical user interface for beginners as the Rebel T7i. The SL2 will ship in August for $549 body-only and $699 bundled with an 18-55mm F4-5.6 IS STM lens.
Finally, the first leaked images and specs of upcoming Canon EOS Rebel SL2 / 200D is also available. It will be officially announced on June 29 along with EOS 6D Mark II. The Canon EOS Rebel SL2 is the successor of EOS Rebel SL1. See the basic specs below:
We will finally see long awaited Canon EOS 6D Mark II in this month, CanonRumors already posted that Canon EOS 6D Mark II and Canon EOS Rebel SL2 will be officially announced on June 29, 2017. And the shipping date of Canon EOS 6D Mark II & SL2 will be in early August.
Canon EOS 6D Mark II and Canon EOS Rebel SL2 now finally confirmed at NokishitaCamera, this means we will see these two DSLR cameras very soon. According to previous rumors, EOS 6D Mark II and Rebel SL2 will be announced in this July, so there is also a chance we see announcement of both cameras in late June.
The new smallest entry-level DSLR camera Canon EOS Rebel SL2 is rumored to be announced in this July, 2017. Currently unknown if this camera will be announced along with EOS 6D Mark II. Canon will start shipping EOS Rebel SL2 in late August to early September, 2017.
Along with EOS 6D Mark II to be announced in July, Canon will also announce another entry-level DSLR camera Rebel SL2 in this September, it will replace current EOS Rebel SL1 with a bit smaller & lighter body.
