CAPA WEB posted the best selling lens in the second half of October 2023. The newly announced Nikon NIKKOR Z 600mm F6.3 VR S Lens (Amazon/ B&H/ Adorama) wins the top 1 position, followed by Sony FE 24-70mm F2.8 GM II lens (Amazon/B&H/ Adorama) .

By manufacturer, Sony is in the top spot with four lenses. Nikon, Tamron, and Sony follow with two lenses each. There was a rush of new products this time, and six of the top 10 models were replaced.
The 1st place was Nikon NIKKOR Z 600mm f/6.3 VR S, which was released on October 27th. “NIKKOR Z 135mm f/1.8 S Plena”, which came in 1st place last time, was not ranked due to lack of stock. Nikon NIKKOR Z 24-120mm f/4 S returns in 4th place for the first time in a month.
Sony had four lenses in the top 10. This is a result of Sony’s strategy of promoting generational change while covering a wide range from wide-angle to telephoto.
Tamron `17-50mm F/4 Di III VXD (E mount), which was released on October 19th, is in the 5th place.
Canon RF 10-20mm F4 L IS STM lens, which was released on October 27th has slipped into the 10th place. As this is an ultra-wide-angle zoom with a unique angle of view starting from a focal length of 10mm, we would like to keep an eye on future trends.
