Today, Zeiss has announced an intriguing new full-frame digital camera—ZEISS ZX1 Digital Camera, featuring a fixed ZEISS Distagon 35mm f/2 T* lens sitting in front of a Zeiss-developed 37.4MP sensor.  This camera has been designed from the base up as a machine that allows you to capture, edit, and share your images easily without plugging into a computer and post-processing at home. This new camera costs $6,000, first available for pre-order at B&H.
