Along with EF 600mm f/4L IS DO BR USM lens prototype at Canon EXPO, Canon also shows off the recently announced 120MP full frame DSLR camera, here are some first images of this 120MP DSLR by Photography Bay. According to PB, the RAW file size will be 210MB. And this propotype is using a 120MP APS-H sensor in a Canon EOS 5Ds Body.

A new rumored specs list of upcoming Canon EOS 6D Mark II now available on the web. Canon Rumors said that this new specs list is from an unknown source, so probably it is fake, just take with a grain of salt. According to previous rumors, the EOS 6D Mark II will be announced after 5D Mark IV is released, so probably in early or mid 2016.
Canon recently has filed a new lens patent on EF 35mm f/2 IS II USM lens, to replace current EF 35mm f/2 IS USM lens.
Along with yesterday’s 250MP APS-H CMOS sensor announced by Canon, Canon Japan today announced developing next-generation imaging devices to expand the possibilities of visual expression. These are: 120MP full frame DSLR camera with 5D series body, 8K Cinema EOS video camera and professional-use 8K reference display.

Canon today announced that they have successfully developed an APS-H size CMOS sensor incorporating approximately 250 million pixels (19,580 x 12,600 pixels). Canon says this is the world’s highest pixel count for its size.

Canon recently has filed a patent about put Wi-Fi & GPS into Canon pro bodies (magnesium bodies). According to CR forum user Mt Spokane, Canon has figured out a way to put an antenna under the covering over the sloping surface of the pentaprism.
