SAR leaked the image of the new Sony FE 300mm F2.8 GM lens. It is scheduled to be announced within 4-6 weeks.
We believe this lens will be announced within the next 4-6 months and the price will be around $7,000. Maybe this lens will be announced with a new stacked sensor camera with great performance.
The lens in the image is not clear, but the positions of the switches are different from those of the current Sony FE 400mm F2.8 GM and 600mm F4 GM, so there is no doubt that they are different lenses. Will this lens be announced at the same time as Sony A9 III?
