AF-S Nikkor 400mm f/2.8E FL ED VR Lens Announced, Price, Release Date !

Nikon has announced a new telephoto prime lens AF-S Nikkor 400mm f/2.8E FL ED VR. This lens is the successor of current AF-S Nikkor 400mm f/2.8G lens, which is cost $8,996.95. This new lens promises improved autofocus, exposure accuracy and speed, while being 816g (nearly 2lb) lighter than its predecessor. It uses an electromagnetic diaphragm controller for improved exposure stability during continuous shooting, and a new VR Sport Mode recognizes panning motion to provide accurate compensation for camera shake.

EF 16-35mm f/4L IS USM Lens Announced, Available for Pre-order

Canon EF 16-35mm f/4L IS USM Lens is a wide-angle zoom lens featuring a constant f/4 maximum aperture to provide consistent performance throughout the zoom range. The optical design incorporates three aspherical elements, including one large-diameter aspherical element, as well as two UD (Ultra-low Dispersion) elements to minimize chromatic aberrations and contribute to high edge-to-edge sharpness and resolution. A fluorine coating has also been applied to the front and rear lens surfaces to reduce flare and ghosting for maintained color neutrality and image contrast.

Canon has announced the new EF-S 10-18mm f/4.5-5.6 IS STM lens, this is a wide-angle zoom lens designed specifically for EOS APS-C DSLRs, where it provides a 35mm-equivalent focal length range of 16-28.8mm. The optical design incorporates one aspherical element, one UD (Ultra-low dispersion) element, and one large-diameter element to minimize chromatic aberrations throughout the zoom range and contribute to notable image sharpness and clarity. Enhanced lens coatings have also been applied to lens elements to minimize lens flare and ghosting for maintained image contrast and color neutrality.

Samsung NX3000 Mirrorless Camera Announced, Available for Pre-order Now !

Samsung has announced the new NX3000 mirrorless camera. Along with the 3″ flip-up display for self-portraits, it has a 20MP APS-C CMOS sensor and can shoot at 5fps. The NX3000 also comes with Wi-Fi and NFC ‘Tag & Go’ connectivity options. The NX3000 will ship with Samsung’s new compact 16-50mm F3.5-5.6 power zoom ED OIS lens.
