According NR, Nikon is planning to announce a new super telephoto zoom lens AF-S NIKKOR 180-400mm f/4 ED TC VR lens soon, this lens will replace current AF-S NIKKOR 200-400mm f/4G ED VR II lens.
This new AF-S NIKKOR 180-400mm f/4 ED TC VR lens will have built-in 1.4x teleconverter like Canon version, and the US price will be similar to Canon version for $10,999.
