i took a bunch this afternoon in the Boston Public Garden with my D800 and my new 55mm – posted them in a public gallery on facebook https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10151993827957138.1073741842.535987137&type=1&l=38bfcd257c

“BOOOOM”! you’re funny dude! however such price for a tack sharp image from f2.5 to f8 no thanks….! go for a 50mm 1.4G instead at those aperture. Man, try out the new Sony Carl Zeiss T* 50mm 1.4 on alpha99, perfect built metal quality, 99.9% perfectly nail the focus at lightning speed, focus picking in manual, steady shoot, sharpness, contrast and homogeneity straight from 1.4, less CA than nikons. Of course cheaper than Nikon. Got seduced at the last salon of photography in Paris. “BOOOOOOMMM” will take another dimension 😉 I already started the process of switch, my wallet had enough to be squeezed by nikon for unworthy items.
