Sony today has officially announced the long awaited RX100 VI compact camera. It has a 1″-type compact camera with a 24-200mm F2.8-4.5 zoom lens. 315 phase detection points and the ability to shoot at 24 fps with autofocus. The RX100 VI becomes the first in the Cyber-shot RX100-series to gain a touchscreen, allowing both touch shutter and touch focus. The screen can tilt up to 180 degree upwards and 90 degree downwards, extending shooting flexibility.

It featured with a 24MP APS-C sensor from EOS 77D and EOS M5, Dual Pixel AF system and DIGIC 7 processor, a fixed 24-72mm equivalent f/2.8-5.6 zoom lens, a wide sensitivity range from ISO 100-25600, an impressive continuous shooting rate up to 9 fps, and Full HD 1080p/60 video recording. The US price for Canon PowerShot G1 X Mark III is $1,299, will be shipping in November, 2017.
