The 2022 interchangeable lens ranking has changed the top spot every time. Lastly, the Canon RF100-500mm F4.5-7.1 L IS USM lens topped the list. By manufacturer, Sony has the top with 4 models. Canon and Nikon have two models each, and Sigma and Tamron have one model each.
Canon has returned to the top since the second half of October 2022, but only two models entered the top 10 this time. This may be due to the lack of energy among Canon cameras in the SLR rankings.
Sony has 4 models in the ranking this time. Standard lenses line up around the big three lenses.
Perhaps because Nikon Z9 is doing well in the single-lens ranking, the number of lenses in the ranking has increased from one to two.
