I could care less about video capabilities on a DSLR. I’m a photographer, not a videographer. I wish I could get this camera without video – bet it would cost a lot less. Looking forward to the new Sonys.
What the heck is going on with Sony for all these years?
Cameras that support un-tethered /or tethered with Sony Remote Camera Control CAN NOT do live-view to a computer.
While all Canon cameras can do dual live-views plus able to save on card.
No replacement on the junk & world’s expensive Sony HVL-F60M flash, made in China.
Many Sony cameras with Multi-Interface-Shoe (hotshoe) are not compatible with Sony
HVL-F60M flash. How dumb is that, Sony?
If you can get it to fit onto the camera, let’s pray it won’t fall out or overheat and shutdown.
No replacement on the Sony 135/1.8 lenses.
The claimed professionals and beginners are switching to Sony A7 & E-Mount or Olympus/Panasonic & Samsung.
Currently Sony has no professional camera.
They only say Sony’s flagship (top-of the line).
The flagship fells from $2,800.00 to $2,000.00.
Just like the overpriced brick Sony DSC-RX10 from $1,300.00 to $1,000.00 with a tiny 8.8mm (measured top-to-bottom) sensor.
Now, Sony is trying to scam us, which they should have put 4K into the this model, by using the same body, placed the II for $1,300.00.
Sony claimed the A6000 has the world’s fastest AF.
Well, it nailed nothing unless shooting with kit lenses & subject is far away at F11.
Sony is hurting photographers around the world as well as themselves.
You buy a Sony camera and within 9 to 14 months, they come out a better model.
Sony is only hurting themselves by pumping out too many models and wanting us to test them.
The resell values on Sony is just as great as selling a used BMW 7 series :o(
