The upcoming Sony a6xxx or a6100 or a7000 will br announced in Mid June, 2015, according to latest rumors on SAR.
The Sony a6xxx will not replace current Sony a6000, but instead, it will probably replace Sony NEX-7, which is above current Sony a6000. Specs of a6xxx hasn’t set yet. Stay tuned for more info.
