7D Mark II viewfinder will have 100% coverage and a 1.15x magnification, while the Canon EOS 7D is 100% coverage and a 1.0x magnification. 7D Mark II will have a noticeably bigger bump around the viewfinder on top plate than the current EOS 7D.
