Magic Lantern Now Works With Latest Version of Canon EOS 5D Mark III Firmware (V 1.2.3)
According to Planet5D, Magic Lantern is working with the latest version of 5D Mark III firmware V 1.2.3. There will be significant updates in this version.

Here is another great news from Magic Lantern team. 5D Mark III sensor now got another 1/2 stop more dynamic range, which show numbers of up to 15 stops of DR when using this feature combined with the ‘dual_iso’ module that Magic Lantern already includes in their nightly builds.”

A great news for 5D Mark II and 6D users: The Magic Lantern team have made no cracked 5D Mark II and 6D with the capable of shooting in “Dual ISO mode” which increases dynamic range to 14 stops.
5D Mark III and 7D Dynamic Range Improved to 14 Stops by Magic Lantern
Imagine you could improve the dynamic range of your Canon EOS 5D Mark III or Canon EOS 7D to 14 stops! The Magic Lantern team is working on a new function for the 5D Mark III and EOS 7D. Apparently they’ve figured out a way to boost dynamic range by 3 stops by using a new way of making a photograph by using ISO 100 for some of the vertical lines and ISO 1600 for the rest of it.
