Many people think the upcoming Sony DSC-RX10 will have an APS-C sensor to compete with Fujifilm X100S, Ricoh GR, and other APS-C compact cameras.
But according to latest rumors on SAR, Sony RX10 will have a same 1 inch sensor as Sony RX100 series, and the lens is 24-200mm f/2.8 zoom lens. The size of RX10 is about same as the Sony HX300 for example. The fixed 24-200mm f/2.8 lens couldn’t collapse. Andthere is an aperture ring that can be selected to be “smooth” or with “clicking steps”.
