The next full frame DSLR camera from Canon is the EOS 6D Mark II, after several months wait, now CR finally got an announcement time for this camera, according to CR, EOS 6D Mark II will be officially announced in July, and soon after announcement, EOS 6D Mark II will be shipping, so you will have this camera in August, 2017.
There are no specs confirmed of EOS 6D Mark II yet, just a list of rumored specs weeks ago:
