This is the image of the upcoming Canon RF-S 10-18mm F4.5-6.3 IS STM lens, leaked at CR.
You can see that this lens has a small 49mm filter frame. Unfortunately, other specifications are unknown.
It looks like it will be a compact lens. The zoom is telescopic and is designed to extend on the wide side.
Only a week ago, Canon announced the ultra angle zoom Canon RF 10-20mm F4L IS STM for Full Frame cameras.
