  1. The 1D x is a fress release, not even available in large quantities yet. I doubt that canon will
do anything after we just had the 7D and the 5D2 firmware updated. Guessing and knowing is
two totally different things! I just got my 1D x after several months and i am pretty sure that canon will not release anything like this 3D. I wish they do but the 5d3 is just freshly out. Think about it…

  2. I would love to see a full frame with the articulated flip out screen. I understand the weather sealing issue, but I’d rather the articulated screen than the weather proofing. I have been able to capture some amazing shots with the P & S articulated screen that I otherwise could not have gotten and I could only imagine what it could do for FF.

  3. I can’t imagine Canon sitting on their hands while Nikon steals every landscape photographer out there. The 5D Mrk III is a great camera but it doesn’t compete when it comes to dynamic range, low noise in low iso imaging, and fine detail capture, let alone file size. While the smaller mega pixel full frame of the Canon is great in most situations it simply cannot compete when you need large prints. Canon has also put themselves in a difficult position as far as pricing is concerned, with the Nikon D800 E selling within a few hundred dollars of the 5D Mrk III!
