According to the latest rumors from SAR, a new Sigma FE zoom lens is coming! Sigma will announce an FE zoom lens on February 24, 2021 for around $900. This new lens is expected to compete against the current Tamron 28-75mm F2.8 Di III RXD lens .
Sigma already has a lineup of standard zooms for full-frame mirrorless cameras, Sigma 24-70mm F2.8 DG DN Art lens, so we thought this new zoom lens would be a telephoto zoom.
Since the new zoom will be a competitor to Tamron’s 28-75mm F2.8 Di III RXD lens, will it be a lighter and more compact lens with a 28mm start?
