At NAB Show 2013, Sony shows two prototype of 4K cameras and some cinema prime lenses (from the pictures, we can find they are 20mm, 50mm, 135mm prime lenses).
One of the 4K cameras is a DSLR-style designed like the Canon EOS-1D C. Sony is also committed to developing a range of full frame cinema prime lenses.
