One of the most popular DSLR camera Nikon D750 will be announced on September 11th (Midnight). Here is roundup rumors of upcoming Nikon 750 from past weeks.

Nikon D750 Specs:

  • 24.3MP full frame sensor
  • EXPEED 4 imaging processor
  • 51 auto focus points
  • 8 fps, could also be 6.5 fps
  • TTL exposure metering using a 91k pixels RGB sensor – same as in the D800/D800E/D810
  • Tilting LCD screen
  • Probably will have XQD memory card support
  • Could have Built-in Wi-Fi
  • New OVF facial recognition feature
  • Price: Around $2,500
  • There will be a big marketing push to show the video recording capabilities of the new D750 (this already started with the D810)
  • Nikon D750 will be an “action” camera, could be the real successor of D700

  1. If it is true, with a very big IF, why would they go to all this bother to bring out Basically a revamped D610 running at 6.5 fps. Surely if it’s supposed to be the d700 replacement it better run at least 8fps preferably more. If it does run at 8fps with the D4 intuative af I will retire my gripped d700/d300 combo and go buy one ASAP, if not I might consider a used D4.

  2. A real successor to D700 would be closer to the originals 12MP and it should be the D4/Df 16MP instead of the 24MP.

    Video? How come i just think this whole video thing is to match what the 5DM3 is doing? If it is the 5Dm3 that Nikon aim to dethrone, isn’t the D810 supposed to do that?

    Why can’t we have a good Full framer that is a wee bit better in shooting in light starve areas and yet don’t need us to have a server farm at home to archive photos?

    heck just give us a Df in modern pro body.
