Panasonic GM1 compact camera to be announced in early October.

In early October, 2013, Panasonic will announced a new MFT compact camera named Panasonic GM1. The size of GM1 will be close to Sony RX100 II.

Panasonic GM1 main features:

  • First MFT camera with no mechanical shutter, it has an electronic shutter only.
  • Size is very small, same size to Sony RX100 II.
  • Magnesium with leather body.
  • To be announced in early October.
