The Hasselblad X2D II 100C is 148.5 × 106 × 75 mm and 840 g with a battery — not a full-frame cube, and not the 2022 X2D 100C (that body was 74.5 mm deep and 60 g heavier without a cell). Size the bag to the lens you leave mounted. The II kit zoom,…
The Hasselblad X2D II 100C is not a first-gen X2D shopping list with AF-C taped on. Continuous AF exists, and it only exists on a short XCD list, with current lens firmware, on the mechanical leaf shutter. Electronic shutter greys it out. The 2026 one-lens kit Hasselblad actually bundles with this body is the XCD…
The Hasselblad X2D II 100C is the first X body with AF-C and LiDAR. That matters for portraits: a 100 MP file of a moving face is a miss if the lens cannot run continuous AF. Hasselblad’s own AF-C list is short, firmware-locked, and dead on the electronic shutter. The 2026 portrait prime they still…
The Hasselblad X2D II 100C has no pop-up. The shoe speaks Nikon i-TTL. Flash fires only on the mechanical leaf shutter — electronic shutter is silent and the burst simply never happens. Hasselblad’s own TTL list is short: Nikon SB-300 / SB-500 / SB-700 / SB-5000, plus Profoto A10 / A1 and Air remotes. SB-500…
The Hasselblad X2D II 100C is not a grip camera, and it is not the 2022 X2D 100C. One 7.27 V / 3400 mAh cell in the box, CIPA 327 frames (466 if preview is Hold and HDR is off), USB-C that is also the 10 Gbit/s dump port, and still no video. The first…
The Hasselblad X2D II 100C is not the 2022 X2D 100C. Same 100 MP BSI medium-format sensor (11656 × 8742), new AF-C + LiDAR, 10-stop IBIS, HNCS HDR — and still no video. Hasselblad’s own sheet: 3FR RAW averages 206 MB, up to 3 fps in AF-C, a built-in 1 TB SSD (write up to…
