The upcoming Canon’s super telephoto zoom non-L lens EF 200-600mm f/4.5-5.6 IS USM lens is already in testing as previous rumors. Now according to CR, this lens will be finally announced at CP+ Show in February, 2017, along with Canon EOS 6D Mark II.
The price of this lens will be around $1,700, similar to Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 DG OS HSM Sports lens. This lens will not be an L lens, no weather-sealing, but will have great optics and build quality.
Canon has already filed a lens patent for this lens in 2015.
