Several days ago, Adobe released the Photoshop CC for Creative Cloud. And you need join the Creative Cloud to get Photoshop CC.
But now, Photoshop CC is available for subscription-only model, that requires users to pay an ongoing monthly charge of $19.99 for access to the software (as opposed to a one-off license fee).
